Special Morning Assembly on Child Labour

This morning assembly was presented by class V students with the help of Mrs Naheed Mataal, their teacher. It contains an excellent message for us all.

Travelogue by Shahana Waqas

Shahana, a student of class V composed an e-travelogue while she was on leave from school to visit UK. Her excellent observation and regualr recording of facts has made it very interesting. She also brought many photographs of her visit to important places in London. This assignment was given as a homework guided by some key questions. Shanana has set a good tradition for other students who go abroad very often and can bring information for their peers.

Class I Students Talk About Spelling Bee

Spelling Bee was organized on international pattern. Students were asked to memorize spellings from all their course books of the level that were later tested by a panel of judges. After that the spelling champions form each class were awarded with badges. The event was highly appreciated by the parents.

Sports Gala 2009

It was a huge mega event, held at Zahur Elahi Stadium Gujrat which was attended by all the dignitaries, DCO, DSO, DOC, EDOs, police heads, intelligence heads, special branch and up to 2000 parents and community members. All the students participated (100 percent) in games and displays which were applauded by the audience. There was extensive media coverage by local and national newspapers, local FM, News Channel 5 and Royal News TV.

Recycler's Club started another project after one month. it is based on the analysis of the garbage survey.

This song is composed and recorded by Mr Asif Gul, the music teacher at BSSG to help class IV students learn names of the bones for their assessment.
